Dress Decoding...

After searching through a redwood's worth of magazines, my girl came to a decision and bought her wedding dress. It's elegant, tasteful, classy and forbidden to my eyes until the wedding day. That doesn't stop her from making comments on the aesthetic quality of the dress, inticing me to discover the design of the dress.

She has taken great efforts to describe the dress only in terms of its beauty, hoping not to give anything away that might provide an accurate description. But I see this behavior as taunting and so I will make an equal effort to decode her comments into a mental concept of the design of the dress.

So I match her taste up with the vague descriptions to derrive the most likely combination of wedding dress characteristics. She has also provided other clues to help me narrow down the outcome. For instance, the star sapphire necklace leads one to assume that the wedding dress itself is strapless. She has also mentioned wearing "long elegant" gloves, which means that the dress doesn't have sleeves. Her consistent comments of elegance lead me to believe that the dress is not a giant poof-ball but is instead slimming. The list goes on.

I'm not intending to spoil her whole wedding dress surprise. I will still be very excited when I see her walking down the aisle. And if she does so dressed in something that I already suspect, it won't take an ounce away from how beautiful I think she'll be.
